As it is always easy to postulate but always difficult to find concrete steps which are possible to go, I suggest the following social and political actions.
Develop new terms for global consciousness which are easy to promote and understand.We are INTERNATIONALISTS - We create the BLUE AGE - for the BLUE PLANET - being the BLUE WAVE
Try to communicate these terms in all countries. We promote these new terms in a multi-media way. We win sponsors through convincing them with our ideas. We take all kind of help, political, economical, emotional. We try to win the international airlines and other global companies as main sponsors. Every tourist should get the basic BLUE WAVE-ambassador's education. We spread the picture of all world, the globe. We promote and commercialize the United Nations.
Build a global network of all the people agreeing to these new terms. We develop the BLUE NET, to organize, mirror and coordinate all kinds of global and internationalistic activities.
Give an additional WORLD PASSPORT to all network members. We develop a WORLD CITIZENSHIP, an additional passport which all supporters of the BLUE WAVE carry. It should contain the complete biodata, a photo and some basic internationalistic postulations and rules. All network members should use this inofficial passport while crossing borders or having to prove their identity in any other case. It could for example be designed as a cover for the traditional national passports.
Form an additional WORLD PARLIAMENT from the body of members. All WORLD PASSPORT holders should take part in the first international elections, from which should rise a counceling WORLD PARLIAMENT that gives suggestions to the different national parliaments in cases of international relevancy.
Produce a new WORLD CURRENCY and use it for all inside network activities. All network-based activities should be paid in a new currency, which should be accepted by all networkers. It should show the BLUE PLANET. Aim is not to fight the old systems but to weaken them and one day make them useless. The WORLD CURRENCY should be blue and completely different from other currencies. In the further progress of the BLUE WAVE the 'GLOBO' or 'UNIT' could enter the market, when networkers try to pay their bills with global money first, as they show their global passport first at the borders.
Build political parties in all countries. After a few years of promotion and acquisition the BLUE WAVE should try to establish political parties at least in the countries who allow this. These parties should never attach to any case of local or regional politics but only refer to international subjects. They should be called BLUE PARTY and their aim should be to join the different nations into the WORLD PARLIAMENT, which could be given more and more true responsibility the more countries give away powers to it. First aim should be to reach minority participation in the different national governments to effectively block all further nationalistic policy.
Build a worldwide council to formulate a new charta of human rights and duties. The WORLD WISDOM COUNCIL could be a body where not only BLUE WAVE members, but also all highly developed humans can take part. There should be scientists, artists, religious leaders, highly responsible business people. It should be like a permanent university of highly educated people of all cultures, who meet to increase their global responsibility and to give guidelines to the WORLD PARLIAMENT and to all activists of the BLUE AGE.
Celebrate a WORLD REUNION DAY. When the new global consciousness has spread to all countries of the planet, the additional bodies have been formed, the promotion of ONE-WORLD-CONSCIOUSNESS has reached a high level, then it is time to celebrate the WORLD REUNION DAY. This could be done in a peaceful strike, all work should stop. People should do something of global relevance this day. There could be a demonstration of the BLUE WAVE-power, by only using the additional passport and money, wearing UN-blue clothes, worshipping water, fire, earth and air, feeding and planting. Depending on the level of the BLUE WAVE this day could also be used to criticise not cooperating nations or institutions.
FREE TRAVEL and COMMUNICATION.When a high percentage (2/3) of the World's nations are accepting the guidance from the WORLD PARLIAMENT there have to be raised the postulations of free travelling and free telecommunication. Supporting countries should soon benefit from the increase of working-power and knowledge transfer. Moderate starting of this 'taking out two major business objects from the competitive market' is absolutely necessary to avoid earthquake-like powermovements around the planet. There could be for example one free flight for everybody, and free telecommunication only during a few hours or days a month.
Prosper in SYNCHRONICITY. When the benefits of these changes have reached a level which allmost every human being recognizes, it is time to establish a new charta of HUMAN RIGHTS and DUTIES. They should include everybodies right to live everywhere on our planet and everybodies right to decide about his own life. The duties should include the duty to keep this planet for future generations, to produce a balanced energy-account and the duty to always increase the responsibility for and care about all aspects of the evolution of the human race.
